Oluwatosin Ibrahim's Journey to Hair Artistry

After achieving a successful career path with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Science, Oluwatosin Ibrahim, known as T-Queen, rediscovered her childhood passion for hairstyling.
T-Queen is a highly talented stylist with over 12 years of experience. Her infectious energy and enthusiasm shine through her work on all hair types. Clients admire her versatility, specializing in braids (including Ghana weaving, cornrows, and tree braids), weaves, caps, protective styles, and more. She also offers top-quality 100% Brazilian hair extensions.

From Early Inspiration to Building a Business
​

T-Queen's love for braiding began at a young age, a natural talent nurtured by a desire to help her sister with her hair. By 14, she was already braiding for family and friends. At 18, her skills had blossomed, and she continued to hone her craft.
Oluwatosin Ibrahim's educational background is impressive. After majoring in Languages at the College of Education, Ikere Ekiti, Nigeria, she relocated to the United States with her family at the age of 20. She resided in Omaha, Nebraska, where she attended Metropolitan Community College and earned an Associate of Science degree. In 2007, she moved to Maryland and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Bowie State University.

While nursing offered a rewarding career, T-Queen's hair braiding passion proved stronger. Eventually, she decided to pursue her dream and elevate her hair business, thus birthing T-QUEEN African Braiding. T-Queen is known for her unique touch, offering complimentary photoshoots upon completion of every hairstyle.

Alongside developing her own 100% human hair brand, "TOSINISIAN HAIR," T-Queen launched "T-Queen 2014 Hair Styles Magazine" in April 2014. Her mission is to empower clients with styles that reflect their personality while educating them on hair care and self-styling techniques. T-Queen sets herself apart with her fresh and fearless approach, combining classic techniques with modern designs, offering top-selling hair brands, complimentary photoshoots, and all at affordable prices.
