
REOPENING UPDATE:
I am pleased to let you know T-Queen Hair Salon has officially reopened as of Monday, June 1st!
All clients are required to wear a face mask. I will perform a temperature check on all clients prior to the beginning of each appointment.
To
prepare for reopening, I have undergone extensive infection control
certification to ensure that I maintain a safe environment for clients
and myself at the salon.
In addition, my new location is in a private, more conducive environment to staying safe and healthy.
Please
be assured that I will be following guidelines set by the CDC, state
government, and the beauty industry to ensure that both you and I remain
safe and protected during your appointment.
As
always, I will still be accepting clients by appointment only. Please
note that you will need to answer a few questions before I can confirm
your booking to ensure that you and I remain protected during your
appointment.
If
you are feeling sick, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
You will be able to keep your down payment and secure another
appointment. I will follow the same policy and reschedule an appointment
if I am feeling sick.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES
$50.00 Deposit required
(non – refundable)
- Deposit
is required to book an appointment which goes towards your payment.
- Please call us FIRST at (240) 355-8442 to make sure the spot is available before making
a down payment. Also,
send us a picture of the hairstyle that you are interested in, in order to get
a quote.
ONLY TQUEEN can SECURE the appointment once the payment is made. CLIENTS can
only VIEW our availability online.
Once the appointment
is made, you are only allowed to reschedule ONE TIME, *if* the appointment is
cancelled. Rescheduling
must occur immediately within 24hours upon initial cancellation: NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you continue with the booking, it serves as your acknowledgement and
acceptance of our NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY.
- After
making the DEPOSIT, please text us your CONFIRMATION NUMBER and FULL NAME to (240) 355-8442 so your appointment can be secured, and also to get the information
needed prior to your appointment.
- Remaining
BALANCE is accepted in CASH *ONLY*
- If you must cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice
due to an emergency, you may POSSIBLY be permitted to reschedule and have your
paid deposit transferred, but at our sole discretion and based ONLY on the
following circumstances:
- We must be able to fill your scheduled appointment slot with a
waitlisted client
- You must be ready to reschedule immediately (within the hour) upon
cancelling
- You must pay the remaining appointment balance in full.
- Hair and scalp must be washed, conditioned, THOROUGHLY DETANGLED
and blow dried prior to your appointment (except notified not to do so).
FLASH APPOINTMENTS
- FLASH
APPOINTMENTS are
appointments booked within 48 hours of the appointment time. For flash
appointments, ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL. Cancellation of a flash appointment will
result in the forfeiture of your paid deposit: NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note that T-Queen Hair Salon does NOT accept
walk-in appointments.
